The list of BuildingBlocks documents actual building blocks that are usable now in the real world. However, ideas are often the first step towards the creation of actual building blocks, and as such, you may review and add here.

Once these think tank discussions produce real world implemented business and economic models are actually available and usable as a BuildingBlocks, then such business and economic models should be documented as BuildingBlocks.

• Open Business Models WikiHive: The mission of this hive is to explore, build, and test models and theory of the dynamics of business, and exchanges of value around OpenContent, OpenSource software, and Commons and KnowledgeCommons based products, services, and economies. This WikiHive also acts as a development space for OpenBusinessModel and OpenContent project proposals. In relation to BuildingBlocks, Open Business Models WikiHive is partially content and ideas that are useable now (some of them are in use now), and partially ideas for BuildingBlocks. Some of the useable building blocks can be combined with some of the existing BuildingBlocks listed on this wiki. For instance RevenueSharingModel is useable now, and can be combined with PinkoMarketing, Coworking scenarios, and Open source software projects. The goal of Open Business Models WikiHive is to make ideas useable as fast as possible by testing them out in real world applications.
